Q. What is the difference between ITIL v2 and ITIL v3?

Service Management – ITIL version 3: ITIL’s most recent version, v3, represents an important evolutionary step in its life.
The new version has transformed from providing a great service to being the most innovative and best in its class. At the same time, the interface between the v2 and the new v3 approaches is seamless so that users do not have to make abrupt changes when adopting it. Version3 allows users to build on the successes of v2, and it takes IT service management even further.
In general, v3 makes the link between ITIL’s best practices and business benefits both clearer and stronger. The main development is the way in which v3 takes a lifecycle approach to guidance, as opposed to organizing guidance according to IT delivery sectors. ITIL is now based on a core of five titles:

Q.What is considered a passing score on the ITIL v3 Foundation certification exam and how is it presented?
A. The certification exam consists of 40 multiple-choice questions with four possible correct answers. Only one answer is the correct one. A 60-minute time limit is allotted for this exam. You must achieve a score of 65% by answering at least 26 of the 40 questions correctly in order to pass. Our Exam Mode tests are modeled after the actual certification exam.

Q. Can I extend my subscription?
A. No; subscriptions are for an unlimited 60-day online access period. During this period, your test history and scoring statistics will be retained and you can review them at any time. When your subscription expires, your account will be deleted and you will need to obtain a new subscription if you choose to do so. We do not automatically renew subscriptions, so you will not receive any surprise charges on your credit card.
Q. Are your exams suitable study material for the EXIN and ISEB versions of the ITIL v3 Foundation exams?
