"ITSM Online Solutions makes preparing for the ITILv3 Foundation exam an efficient, effective, and guaranteed effort! The systematic organization and presentation of the comprehensive study material made my first attempt at the ITILv3 Foundation Exam a successful one.

Test material is logically presented into Key Elements, Learning Mode, and Exam Mode areas. I found that mastering the Key Element material allowed me to quickly achieve high marks on all the Learning Mode exams.

The Explanation section on each question in the Key Element and Learning Mode exams made it possible to quickly find the material I needed to study. Once I achieved 90-100% on each Learning Mode exam, I conquered the Exam Mode with 90+% scores on all exams.
